Constructed entirely from 3/4" Exterior Grade Baltic Birch, which is among the finest plywood available, each component is meticulously cut in-house with an industrial CNC router. The graphics are UV printed directly onto the wood, followed by a multi-step UV clear coat for optimal protection and playability. Everything is crafted in our facility, ensuring the most consistent and top-notch products made in the USA.
